The association was created with grant funding to set standards in a comparatively new but unregulated profession. The ICT Practice in Birmingham is the first General Practice to be set up without manufacturer influence, providing unbiased advice to clients from a broad spectrum of ICT professionals. As a prerequisite, all practice partners are members of UKITA, the UK trade association for IT professionals.” Our aim is to promote the widest possible range of ICT skills and services to small and medium sized businesses.
